There are several options to get help!

You can visit the lower level of the Library during these hours to speak with the librarian on duty.

A librarian is available to chat with you during these hours. Click here to start a chat.

You can also email: reflibrarian@hostos.cuny.edu Please include details about what resource you were trying to access and what the error message was. A librarian will return your email no later than the next business day.
