Q. What do I do if I get an error message?

There are several options to get help!

• You can visit the lower level of the Library during these hours to speak with the librarian on duty.

• You can also email: reflibrarian@hostos.cuny.edu  Please include details about what resource you were trying to access and what the error message was. A librarian will return your email no later than the next business day.
